Parents,

Upon further review, many of the events did not pull correctly from our roster.  The heat sheet sent out this evening was incomplete, even missing swimmers.

We ask for your patience while the coaches work diligently to finalize our heat sheet for tomorrow's meet.  Additionally, we appreciate many of your kind messages alerting us to the errors. Please remember that Missy and I are volunteers, and always want to make your children happy and successful.  That is our main goal this season, and would never try to upset any of our Redfield families.  

Once the roster pulling has been fixed, we want ya'll to know that there are other factors involved when creating a heat sheet, like: Our 5-lane restriction, swimmer requests, legal strokes, # of exhibition heats, etc. -- it's a much more dauting task than all us newbies realized and we are forced to use a software program that is not so easy to check recommendations. Please know that the errors made were NOT intentional in any way.  We are working on it with the coaches. 

Once again, Missy and I are new this season, so we appreciate your patience while we figure out the lineup for tomorrow.  An updated version will be sent out prior to the meet.
