4.  Preteam Exhibition Swim & TEAM PHOTOS are on 6/15.  If you want individual shots, arrive at 3pm.  If you want to be in the team photo, arrive at 4pm.

MEET REMINDERS:

- Arrive tomorrow (6/8) at 4:30pm if you need the Junior Coaches to mark your kiddos arms.  Warmups begin at 5pm; Meet starts at 5:30pm.  Send your kiddo to the bullpen area immediately after warmups.

- PLEASE ARRIVE RAIN OR SHINE!!!!!!  Unless there is thunder, the meet will happen:) 

- Kiddos may be entered in more events than they were expecting/wanting in order to round out the events and make our team competitive (team points.)  We encourage them to try, but they do NOT have to swim if they do not want to.

- For Virtual Meets -- heats don't matter.  I know this seems bizzzaro, but it's true.  So don't get upset if you see your speedster in heat 3 vs. 2.  The fastest times score regardless the heat!

- RSVPing for Swim Meets:  Please RSVP on time.  Set your iphone for a reminder each Friday, put up Post-It notes in your office... whatever works for you so you don't miss the Friday deadline.  Shuffling relays with new additions creates a hot mess for Kylie.

- If you are not working as a Lane Boss, Timer or Bullpen volunteer, we kindly ask that you do not go behind the starting blocks.  It gets VERY crowded back there with the volunteers and coaches assisting our swimmers.  During true dual meets, ASA officials could actually ask you to leave, so best to start 'Best Practices' now. 

-  Get ready... tomorrow for the unveiling of our new "Mascot for the Day."  If your 6andUnder or Preteam swimmer would like to be our own Sun Devil (costume provided:) for the 5th Meet -- please let Cara Welin know.  First to approach me, gets to don the pitchfork, cape and horns!
