5:30pm -- Arrive... kids swim, parents socialize

6pm -- Dinner (buffet spread)

6:30pm -- Awards 

7pm -- More swimming, pool games, slide show 

*There will be food and beverages from Jack's New Yorker Deli thanks to the Cowan Family.  Adults beverages will not be provided, yet you are welcome to bring your own for this celebration.

Coach gifts:   

Many of you have asked me if the Coaches and Asst/Jr. Coaches are getting anything -- and yes they are; HOWEVER, Missy and I strongly encourage you to have your child write a short note for the coach/coaches who made an impact on them this season. This would mean a lot to them!  If you want to include a small gift or "tip" -- it is your discretion.
