Summer is coming quick! This will be the first of many emails that you will receive from us in the coming months, so get excited:)

Call for JAVs

First thing first, this year we have an application process for our JAVs (Junior Assistant Volunteer/Coach). We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic teens that will encourage and engage our younger swimmers! There are commitments around attendance and meet participation. Concessions Coordinator Needed

As we all know, summer swim does not happen without the help of our awesome parents. We have been fortunate to have awesome concession coordinators in the past (most recently Carlos Lemos, Tom Sheeran and Dawn Proctor). It is time to pass the “tongs” to someone else. Concessions is crucial to keeping parents and kids happy and fed (plus earn revenue for the team)!!! Please let me know if you are interested! (PS -we only have 2 home meets this year so you won’t be getting “thrown into the deep end”)

April 25 - Merch Store/Swimsuit tryon + Redfield Kick-Off/Parent Meeting*

May 11 - First Practice**

May 26 - First Swim Meet

*We’d love for as many people to attend as possible! Even if you’re an experienced swim parent, we have some fun, new plans for this summer that we’d love to share! Also, if you have any questions or thoughts you’d like us to bring up and/or consider, please just let us know!

**Practices will be at similar times to last year. We are considering a few minor changes.
