REMINDER!!!! RSVP for Tuesday’s meet by 8 pm tonight (& sign up to volunteer)! Plus, no practice Monday.

Key Info to Know!

• RSVPs are due Saturday at 8pm whether you are attending or not. This is REALLY important. Late RSVPs really overcomplicate things, so please please please, RSVP by 8pm tomorrow!!!
• Add comments as to what your kiddo wants, or doesn't feel comfortable, to do!
• Be sure to sign up to volunteer if you did not pay-to-play! Summer swim runs on volunteer help! :)
• Though not required, concessions donations are a huge help to the team, so sign up (and thank you in advance!!!)

First meet is @ Redfield on Tuesday, 5/26! Weather forecast shows it may be yucky. We are keeping an eye on it and will communicate if there are any changes.

Timing

• 4-4:15: Arrive to get your swimmer’s arm marked by coaches. We recognize this may be challenging for our middle schoolers; just get there as early as you can!
• 4:30-5 Warm-up.
• 5:30 Meet starts!!!

Parking

• If possible, please walk or get dropped off so we have plenty of parking for the other team. If you need to drive, be sure to only park on one side of the street - we will have signs out to remind you.

Meet programs will be ready Monday or early Tuesday. Also, we recommend you download the Swimtopia app on your phone.

Parent Volunteers: Please see Jean Bradley when you arrive. Shift 1, you will meet ~5:20 with the ref.
