While we might not have gotten to finish our first swim meet yesterday, we are going to have our first Donut Day THIS Friday!!! Another big email with lots to cover, including: virtual meet, RSVPing for next week, summer schedule, Pre-Team, pictures, Ga Tech and thinking ahead to 2027.

Virtual Meet

This will be a “make-up” meet for yesterday. Times will be used to determine the winner of the meet, so we will want as many people to attend as possible! Coach Kylie will send an email out today with ALL the details!

6/2 Meet at Huntley Hills - REGISTRATION OPENS AT 8pm TONIGHT!!!!

Summer Schedule Starts Monday!

Starting Monday, we will offer both morning and afternoon practices on specific days! The calendar will always be on the homepage of our site (also attached to this email). You can attend as many, or as few, practices as you’d like.

Pre-Team Starts Monday!

We are SO excited to see our littlest swimmers next week! Practices will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 4:30-5pm.

Ga Tech Meet

Y’all, this meet is my kids favorite part of the season! It is such a cool experience. Teams from all over the county come together to compete (with like-sized teams) at Ga Tech, which is where the 1996 Olympics was held! Our session is on Wednesday, 6/24, in the afternoon. We don’t have the exact time yet, but will likely have an arrival time between 2 and 4pm. There is a meet entry fee of $50. We are SO close to taking home a trophy every year, so we really want to get as many swimmers to attend as possible. We’ve opened up the event registration so please RSVP and be sure your home calendar is marked!

Team Rep for Next Year Needed!

Do you love the joy that swim brings to your kid??? Here is your chance to keep that smile on their faces!!! We are looking for someone to begin shadowing me in June with the plan that they will take the lead next summer with me in the support role. The goal is to make summer swim a 2-3ish year commitment for team reps. 1 year as a shadow, 1 year as a lead with previous rep acting as support and 1 year transition off with a new shadow. (hope that makes sense).
